Attendance & Scheduling
Class schedules are agreed in advance. Rescheduling and cancellation rules should be communicated before enrolment.
Payments
Payments for SGA-booked services should be processed through authorised SGA channels. Applicable teacher payouts and platform commission are managed separately by SGA.
Learning Material
Notes, recordings and educational resources must respect copyright and may carry access restrictions for enrolled learners.
Student Safety
Appropriate professional boundaries and safe communication practices are expected, especially when working with minors.
Privacy
Personal information should be collected only as needed to provide educational and administrative services and handled according to applicable privacy requirements.
