Using the Website

Use the website for lawful learning and academy-related enquiries. Provide accurate details and maintain respectful communication.
Minors should use enrolment and payment features with a parent or guardian.
Keep account credentials private. Do not share another learner’s private class links or restricted learning materials.

Submitting an enquiry or registration form does not itself guarantee a place, teacher, timetable or course availability.
Confirm the course scope, fee, payment period and schedule before payment. Use only the academy’s confirmed payment instructions.
For the current manual UPI process, submitting a transaction reference is not proof of successful payment. Classes/access are activated after verification and the relevant setup.
Course payments and paid resource packs are separate unless the academy explicitly confirms otherwise.

Class frequency, duration, time zone, attendance expectations, rescheduling and any cancellation/refund terms should be agreed in writing before enrolment.
Do not assume a universal refund period or entitlement from an FAQ reply. The confirmed terms and applicable requirements govern the particular service.

Use academy materials for the permitted learning purpose. Do not redistribute, sell or publicly upload restricted content without permission.
Respect the rights of authors, publishers, teachers and other learners. Upload only content you are entitled to share.
Do not harass others, post unlawful material, misuse accounts or interfere with website operation. Access may be restricted where misuse is identified, subject to appropriate review.

Course outlines may be refined for age, curriculum, school examinations and learning needs. Material changes to an agreed paid service should be discussed with the affected family.
The website, third-party links and communication services may experience interruptions. Raise access problems with the academy.
Privacy: read the Privacy Policy for information handling. These terms do not override rights or obligations that cannot be excluded.
