Information Used for Academy Services

Depending on the feature used, the website may collect account details, name, contact information, class, board, subjects, parent/guardian details, scheduling preferences and information voluntarily supplied for enrolment.
Registration may request supporting educational or teacher documents. Submit only the information relevant to the service.
Payment verification may use the quoted amount and transaction reference. Never share OTPs, UPI PINs or account passwords.

To respond to enquiries, manage accounts and enrolments, arrange classes, provide learning resources, verify payments and support learners.
The homepage displays aggregate counts of registered member accounts and page loads. The new counter stores daily totals without visitor IP addresses or tracking cookies; public counters do not display member names or contact details.
To maintain the website, investigate misuse and meet applicable obligations. Access is limited to people or service providers who need it for their role.

Competition submissions store the member account, participant name, original entry text or artwork link and the academy’s result. Entries and member certificates are not publicly listed by these features.
Eligible certificates are available to the submitting member during their announced release window. Article publication and competition entry submission are separate features.

Teachers, parents and students can publish educational articles under their account display name. Articles, author names and any details voluntarily included in article text are public.
Account phone numbers and contact emails are not included in the blog author byline. Do not include a learner’s private contact information in a public article.

The public instant Q&A feature matches questions against a supplied FAQ list in your browser. This feature does not automatically send its conversation to an external AI service or academy staff.
It uses temporary tab/session storage to remember the selected language, programme and basic class/board context. It does not save the full Q&A transcript to the website database.
Use Start Again to clear that Q&A context. Closing the tab normally ends its session storage; browser restore features may retain it.
Other signed-in features, such as parent help-desk submissions, can store messages as part of their own service.

Selecting a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, operated by a third party. Messages you choose to send are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices as well as academy handling of enquiries.
External video links, embedded YouTube lessons, book publishers, payment services and hosting providers may process technical information when used. Review their policies.
Enquiry form text is not submitted to the website server by this WhatsApp form. It is used to prepare the message you choose to send.

WordPress and hosting services may use essential cookies and technical logs for sign-in, security and site operation. Browser settings can restrict cookies, which may affect features.
Any separately enabled analytics, advertising or other integrations depend on the website’s active configuration and applicable consent requirements.
Reasonable safeguards are used for academy records. No online service can promise absolute security.

For minors, a parent or guardian should arrange enrolment, supervise communication and provide any necessary permissions.
Records should be kept only as needed for educational, administrative, payment-resolution or applicable compliance purposes; not every record can be removed immediately.
